Are prices per person?
Yes. Experience prices are per person, in Mexican pesos, with a minimum of 2 people. Turibus and Illuminated Villages are sold per ticket. If you need an invoice, VAT is added.
How is a booking confirmed?
You send your request from the site, we confirm availability on WhatsApp and tell you the deposit. The booking is confirmed once we receive it and send you in writing what is included, the meeting point and the schedule.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. There is no charge 15 days or more in advance. See the full terms in our booking and cancellation policies.
What if it rains?
If the weather is a risk, we change the route or reschedule. If we cancel for reasons beyond our control, you choose a new date or get a full refund.
Can children and older travelers join?
In most experiences yes, adapting the pace. Some adventure activities have provider restrictions; we share them before you book.
Can you combine tours and lodging?
Yes. We coordinate lodging in Zacatlán and Chignahuapan and help you plan your days. There are hotels, cabins and glamping; some include breakfast and we confirm it with your quote.
