Privacy notice

At Click — Tours y Experiencias we look after the data you share with us when you request an experience. This notice explains what data we use, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data we process

Name.
Travel date, number of people and the experience or lodging you are interested in.
For group requests: organization, group type, city of origin and, if you share it, email address.
Your WhatsApp number and the content of the messages you send us.
Invoicing details, only if you request a tax invoice.

We do not request card numbers, bank accounts or passwords on this site. We do not request sensitive personal data. If you choose to tell us about a health condition so the guide can take it into account during the activity, we will use it only for your safety on that service.

Purposes

Necessary to handle your request: replying to your enquiry, checking availability, preparing quotes, managing your booking, coordinating with the providers involved in your experience and issuing an invoice when you request one.

Additional, requiring your consent: sending you information about seasons and offers. You may opt out at any time by writing “No promotions” on WhatsApp; this does not affect your booking.

Who we share your data with

With the service providers needed for your experience (for example parks, workshops, haciendas or lodging), only as far as necessary to fulfil your booking.
With the technology providers that help us operate: Netlify (site hosting and form backup), WhatsApp (messaging) and Google (site usage measurement).

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure, statistically, how the site is used: pages visited, clicks on buttons and forms submitted. This helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding your data, and withdraw your consent, by messaging WhatsApp 797 116 9808. Include your name, the right you wish to exercise and the data concerned. We will reply within a maximum of 20 days.

Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page, indicating the date it was updated.
